Jazz at Battersea Park as part of Battersea Park in Concert 26th August

Here’s a plug for a weekend that shouldn’t be missed

For the second year, Battersea Park in Concert hosts a spectacular three days of music over the August bank Holiday weekend in a festival setting. Saturday 24th August is classical proms day with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Sunday 25th August spotlights music from the musicals, again with the RPCO and West End star Cassidy Janson. Monday 26th August features a fantastic jazz programme including the London African Gospel Choir, Claire Martin together with Ray Gelato, Swinging at The Cotton Club and the renowned Ronnie Scott’s Big Band.
